The Kiersey
Temperament Sorter A 70-question personality test
based on the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, this gives you a temperament
type to apply to employment decisions. It's insightful and appears
to have validity if you are ruthlessly honest (remember, the computer
doesn't care if you are selfish or want to give your life to the
service of others). Read each question carefully. You may need to
have a dictionary handy. You don't have to fill out the entire form
to take the test. Choose Marital Status, Age, Gender
and Zipcode. Then click Start.
Note: The free portion of the test displays Temperament Type
results only. There is a fee for the Full Report.
