Students can obtain internships and part-time employment; and employers can connect with individual students and schools to help develop the workforce of the future. Job Corps offers training at its many sites around the state. Finish your GED or get a high school diploma while you gain valuable vocational training living on site or at home.

CalJOBS Providing a connection between job seekers and employers, the State of California Employment Development Department's (EDD) CalJOBS is an Internet system that is available from any personal computer with access to the Internet. Job seekers can enter their skills and experience into a resume database to be viewed by prospective employers. Job seekers may also see ALL the jobs listed with EDD. If the job seeker meets the job qualifications, he or she can contact those employers directly to schedule an interview and does not have to wait for employers or EDD to call them.
